Happy with FXDD

Initially, I subscribed to fxdd in order to join fx-auto, an automatic currency trading service. They delivered forex signals using Metatrader 3. It took about one week to subscribe. Being an alien (I stay in Europe), I had to fill up form for the IRS and of course, identity evidences, such as passport and driving license. I did not have any problem joining fxdd, even if their fax was unreliable :) Using fx-auto, trades orders were ok, but I was unable to get reliable and constant signals from the several providers. After a while I dropped fx-auto and shifted to Metatrader 4. This process took about 2 days, and their customers service showed a good sense of professionalism. I have been trading with fxdd for few months and feel satisfied with their service. Metatrader 4 is the most powerful trading platform I have never used: it runs every day, in the background (even in the office ;-) with some cool EA. Since my beginning with fxdd, I have experienced 3 slippages; last time, they filled up my orders, letting me having a good gain, that was nice. Honestly, I would recommend fxdd as I am happy with their service and presently having no major trouble with them. |
